Pooja Agencies (“we”, “us”) is a wholesale fruits and vegetables trader. We are a sole proprietorship registered under the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, with GSTIN 07AGLPR7926B1Z6, run by proprietor Bhuvaneswari Jaya Ram.

Our principal place of business is at C-171, Palam Dabri Road, Dashrath Puri, South West Delhi, Delhi 110045, with an additional place of business at House No. 1011, Dairy Farm, Masaoodpur, Vasant Kunj, South West Delhi, Delhi 110070. We supply kirana stores, restaurants, hotels and cloud kitchens across Delhi NCR.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to orders placed by phone using the contact details below.

We only collect the information you choose to share with us in the course of placing or fulfilling an order:

• Your name and shop / business name.
• Phone number (so we can call you back to confirm orders).
• Delivery address and any landmark you share.
• The items, quantities and grades you order.
• Payment-related information (UPI reference, cheque number) only to the extent needed to confirm payment.

This website is a static information page. It does not run any login system, ask for an account, or store form submissions in a database.

• Confirming your order, checking stock, and quoting the final amount.
• Coordinating same-day delivery to your shop.
• Reconciling payments and maintaining basic books of accounts as required under Indian tax and commercial law.
• Sending occasional rate updates or stock notices by SMS or phone, only if you have placed an order with us in the past or asked to be added to that list. You can ask us to remove you at any time and we will do so within 24 hours.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We share the minimum information needed with:

• Delivery riders or transport partners — name, phone and address — so they can hand over your order.
• Tax authorities or auditors, where we are legally required to produce records of business transactions.

The contact section of this website embeds a map from Google Maps. When that map loads in your browser, Google may receive technical information about your visit (such as your IP address and browser). Their use of that data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Tapping the Call buttons on this website opens your phone's dialer. The dialer and the call network are operated by your telecom provider under their own privacy terms.
